Flood Penetrol is a professional-grade paint conditioner and penetrating primer oil that dramatically improves the adhesion and performance of oil-based paints, stains, primers, and undercoats. Simply add it to your turpentine-based paint to improve flow, levelling, and penetration — helping paint stick to almost any surface, including rusted, weathered, or difficult-to-coat substrates.
