Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship overseas?

We ship order to New Zealand, US, Singapore, UK, Malaysia and Canada. Some bulk and high flammable product are excluded. Check details on each product page.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We use Australia Post, Aramex and Couriers Please. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Why i see "No shipping could be found for your address" when i try to estimate postage?

This is because the product is identify as "non delivery product". This product can not be posted, due to bulk size or high flammable. We use ribbon "in store only" to indicate these kind product.

On product page, you'll see item quantity in stock below price section. This is our real stock level.

Can I return my product?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. We accept 30 days return window.

How to return items?

For in store purchase, bring receipt and items into store. For online purchase, send email to "admin@doublebayhardware.com.au" or make "Self-serve returns" on our website.

How do i receive my gift card?

The gift card will be issued thorough email. Ensure you leave your email address correctly when you make order.

What can i purchase by using gift card?

You can use gift card to make payment for your order. All products online, or in brick store.
