The Sutton Tools Bi-Metal Cobalt Holesaw M42 35mm (H1250350) is a professional-grade cutting tool built for precision and durability across a wide range of materials. Constructed with M42 high-speed steel and an 8% cobalt content, it resists heat build-up and maintains a sharp cutting edge even under sustained drilling conditions.
Suited to both machine and hand drilling, this 35mm holesaw cuts through steels, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, plastics, and wood with ease. It features a 5/8" thread, accepts BD24 and BD26 pilots, and pairs with the UA2 arbor for a secure, stable fit.
