The FlashRite #1 EPDM Black Roof Pipe Flashing (5–45 mm) is a high-performance boot-style flashing engineered for water-tight sealing of pipe penetrations through metal roofs. Manufactured from UV-resistant EPDM rubber, it delivers long-term reliability across Australia's harshest climates — from scorching summers to freezing alpine winters. With a compact 120 × 120 mm base and compatibility with Colorbond®, zincalume, and galvanised steel profiles, it installs cleanly on both residential and commercial metal roofs.

Suits pipe diameters from 5 mm to 50 mm on a 25° roof pitch, and 5 mm to 40 mm on a 45° roof pitch. Rated for temperatures from −40 °C to +115 °C and approved for BAL 12.5 bush-fire zones, this flashing is built to perform where it matters most.
