FERONITE Rust Converter chemically reacts with rust to convert it into a stable, paintable surface — turning the treated area blue-black as the reaction takes place. Applied to a dampened, rusted metal surface, it penetrates and neutralises rust without the need for complete rust removal, protecting the surface for up to 12 weeks before painting. How to Use

• Remove oil or grease with solvent or detergent
• Remove loose or flaky rust and paint by scraper, wire brush, or wet sand blast
• Wash surface with clean water and leave damp
• Apply FERONITE with a stiff bristle brush; re-wet after 30–60 minutes if drying quickly
• Allow 24 hours for the reaction to complete; repeat if rust is still visible
• Wipe off residual black dust, allow to dry, then apply zinc chromate or equivalent metal primer
