Shipping Information:

• Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse, same business days before 10AM.
• Standard delivery across Australia typically takes 2–8 business days depending on your location. Overseas deliveries generally take 3–10 business days.
• You can estimate postage by adding products to your cart and entering your postcode. The estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout once you’ve entered your shipping details.

Click & Collect:

• Free Click & Collect is available from our Double Bay store. Usually is ready in 1 hour. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

Returns Policy:

1. If you change your mind, most unused and unopened items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Special order, clearance, hazardous and certain electrical products may not be eligible for return.
