The Sutton Tools Glass & Tile Drill Bit 10mm (D6041000) is engineered for smooth, precise drilling through up to Class 3 ceramic tiles, glass, brick, plastics, and fibreglass. With a unique specialised carbide tip and spiral flute design, it lasts 7 times longer and drills 30% faster than a standard glass and tile bit — a significant advantage on tiling and fitout jobs. Not suitable for toughened glass.
The 4-facet diamond spear point shaves rather than cuts, delivering improved precision and penetration with minimal risk of cracking or chipping. Stronger carbide with copper brazing provides superior heat resistance, while the spiral flute aids dust extraction and reduces heat build-up.
