Selleys Wet Area Silicone Sealant delivers a superior waterproof and mould-resistant seal backed by a 25-year guarantee against cracking or peeling. Made from 100% silicone with a non-corrosive neutral cure formula, it provides outstanding adhesion and flexibility — ideal for bathrooms, kitchens, and laundries where lasting performance matters.

Supplied in a 300g cartridge, this sealant is compatible with a wide range of surfaces including ceramic, porcelain, glass, stainless steel, metal fittings, plastic laminates, rubber, concrete, and many plastics including polystyrene. Apply using a caulking gun, tool within 5–10 minutes, and allow 72 hours to fully cure. For best results, mask sides before application and work in manageable sections before skinning occurs.
