The existing specification marks it Dimmable, but the supplied carton does not independently confirm dimming suitability. Verify actual-stock information and use an incandescent-compatible control suitable for the supply. Check minimum and maximum total connected load for a single 40W bulb or the sum of all connected lamps. Universal compatibility and full-range dimming are not guaranteed.

Will this 230V E14 bulb fit my chandelier or wall sconce?

The carton confirms E14/SES, 230V and 40W. Match that voltage to the supply and fitting instructions, and check complete-fitting lamp type, per-lamp and total load limits, heat tolerance, ventilation and clearance. Existing 34.5 x 98mm dimensions need actual-stock confirmation. E14 is not interchangeable with E27 or B22, and matching caps alone are insufficient.
