Sunbeam Liquid Descaler 250ml (KE0100) is specially formulated to remove mineral scale build-up caused by calcium and magnesium in tap water. Regular use restores the efficiency and performance of your kettle, filter coffee maker, percolator, or dripolator — extending appliance life and ensuring better-tasting results with every use. Compatible with all Sunbeam coffee makers and kettles, as well as most other brands.

Directions for Descaling Kettles
- Add enough water to just cover the element. Place kettle on a protective surface.
- Bring to the boil, then allow to cool for 2 minutes.
- Add 1 capful of descaler to the kettle water. Allow to stand for 10 minutes.
- Bring to the boil a second time. Switch off, unplug, and allow to stand for 30 minutes.
- Empty and rinse thoroughly before use.
Directions for Descaling Filter and Percolator-type Coffee Makers
- Ensure the machine is switched off and all parts are cool.
- Fill the water reservoir to 1/4 full, add 1 capful of descaler, then top up to half full.
- Replace the carafe and filter holder (without filter paper or coffee). Switch on and allow the solution to boil through.
- Discard the used solution and shake out any remaining liquid.
- Run two full brewing cycles with fresh water before making coffee.
