Selleys Brick & Concrete Silicone Sealant is a superior 100% silicone formulation with exceptional adhesion to concrete, brick, fibre cement, and masonry surfaces. It delivers a durable, waterproof seal with up to 500% elongation and +/−25% movement capability — ideal for expansion joints, walls, patios, floors, fencing, and windows. Low odour and UV resistant, it can be used comfortably in any environment.

Supplied in a 415g cartridge, this sealant is temperature resistant from -60°C to +150°C and is backed by a 25-year guarantee against crumbling, cracking, or drying when used as directed. It bonds to bricks and mortar, ceramics, porcelain, concrete, fibre cement, marble, stone, metal, wood, and many plastics including polystyrene. Note: cannot be painted over; not suitable for below-waterline or below-ground applications.
