The P&N HSS-TiN 10-Step Drill (5/32–1") is a professional-grade step drill engineered for fast, precise hole enlargement in sheet metal, aluminium, plastic, and fibreglass — no pre-drilling required. Each step up automatically deburrs the previously drilled hole, delivering a clean, controlled finish in a single pass and eliminating the need to swap bits mid-job.
Fitted with a 1/4" hex shank with Power Groove, it's compatible with impact drivers and quick-change adaptors for tool-free bit changes on the go. The Titanium Nitride (TiN) coating over M2 High Speed Steel delivers up to 6x longer tool life than uncoated alternatives, while the straight flute with dual cutting edges ensures greater control through each step. The non-skid tip is easy to resharpen, adding further value over the tool's lifetime.
