The Josco Abrasive Nylon Wheel Brush is a scratch-free surface preparation tool ideal for removing rust, oxide build-up, and light burrs from steel, stainless steel, aluminium, plastics, and wood. Made from 80 grit nylon filaments impregnated with aluminium oxide abrasive particles, the filaments act like flexible files — deburring, cleaning, and edge blending as they wipe across the surface. As the nylon wears, new abrasive grits are continuously exposed for consistent performance throughout the brush's life.
At 50mm diameter, this wheel brush is designed for use in power drills and is suitable for dry applications only. It delivers a softer brushing effect ideal for preparing painted surfaces prior to repainting, achieving a rust effect on soft timbers, and cleaning and polishing wood, metal, tile, stone, concrete, and plastic without scratching.
