This LION automotive festoon pack contains two clear incandescent bulbs with metal contacts at both ends. The LT039W14 bulbs are rated 12V and 10W for interior/side lamp applications in vehicles and lamp holders requiring this exact replacement specification.
In a compatible vehicle, the 12V vehicle circuit supplies power; a separate mains transformer is not normally part of installation. Each bulb is rated 10W, giving a combined rated load of 20W if both operate together. Match the original lamp's overall end-to-end length, glass diameter, end-cap shape, contact spacing, voltage and wattage.
