This clear GLS incandescent bulb has a traditional A-shaped glass envelope, a visible filament and an E27 screw cap. Its 240V 150W rating suits special-purpose applications in appropriately rated fittings. Its clear glass leaves the filament visible rather than concealing it behind a frosted coating.
Use only in a complete fitting explicitly approved for a 150W incandescent lamp, with suitable ventilation, heat tolerance and clearance. A ceramic lamp holder alone does not establish that the shade, wiring or complete fitting is suitable. This dimmable bulb provides warm 2700K light with 360° distribution, measures 70mm in diameter and 125mm in overall length, and has a 1,000-hour rated average life. If using a dimmer, check its incandescent-lamp rating and minimum and maximum total connected load, counting every connected 150W bulb and following installation derating requirements. Switch off power and allow the bulb to cool fully before replacement.
