Colour Temperature

Colour temperature is measured in Kelvin (K) – the lower the number, the warmer the white light appears, while a higher Kelvin will appear cooler. Colour temperature generally ranges from 2700-3300K (warm) to 3300-5300 (cool) – and 6500K is daylight.

Equivalent Wattages Between Different Light Bulbs

As long as the technology developed, a LED light bulb can only use 8 watt power but light up similar brightness when a incandescent light bulb uses 60 watt power. There is equivalent wattage between different light bulbs. To stop making confuse, you need to know what wattage equivalent to each other. See the table attached as below.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Dimmable mean I can add a dimmer to my oven light?

No. The carton marks the bulb Dimmable, but the oven manufacturer's approved lighting and control arrangement governs its use. Do not add an external dimmer or assume compatibility with every electronic appliance control. Where dimming is explicitly approved, check the control's incandescent compatibility and minimum and maximum total-load limits for the 40W lamp.

Will this E14 bulb fit my oven, and is it 240V or 250V?

Check the exact oven model's approved E14 lamp, 40W load, supply, temperature rating and 45mm diameter by 78mm length. The old title stated 250V while the saved voltage field and specification list state 240V. The supplied carton views do not resolve this discrepancy. Voltage has been omitted from the title, and the existing 240V field is retained pending actual-stock marking verification; do not assume interchangeability. Follow appliance replacement instructions and use a qualified repairer if internal servicing is required.

What does the 300°C rating confirm, and which construction details are verified?

The Lusion carton states oven-lighting use up to 300°C, heat-resistant glass, internal fusing, dimmability, 360° distribution, a 1,000-hour life and 45 x 78mm dimensions. Up to 300°C does not establish continuous operation at that temperature or approval during pyrolytic self-cleaning; follow the exact oven's requirements. The retained 2700K is unverified, and the 240V/250V conflict remains unresolved.
