Frequently Asked Questions

What types of glues and adhesives do you sell?

We stock super glues (liquid, gel, brush-on, and precision tip), PVA glues, contact adhesives, epoxy adhesives, plastic glues, shoe repair glues, spray adhesives, and general purpose multi-surface adhesives. Brands include Selleys, Gorilla Glue, Loctite, Tarzan's Grip, Grip Master, and Handy Hardware.

What is the strongest glue for metal or glass?

For high-strength bonding of metal, glass, ceramics, and timber, Selleys Araldite Epoxy Adhesive is the best choice. The 5-minute formula sets quickly and bonds up to 150kg, while the ultra clear formula is ideal for transparent or visible joins.

Which glue works on plastic?

For difficult-to-bond plastics such as polypropylene and polyethylene, use Selleys Power Grip All Plastic Glue, which is specifically formulated for surfaces that most standard adhesives cannot bond. For general plastics, Gorilla Super Glue Gel or Selleys Supa Glue are effective options.

Do you sell PVA glue for woodworking?

Yes. We stock Selleys Aquadhere PVA glue in interior and exterior formulas, available in 100ml, 250ml, and 500ml sizes. Aquadhere is a trusted choice for timber joinery, furniture assembly, and general woodworking applications.

Do you sell contact adhesive for laminates and rubber?

Yes. We stock Selleys Kwik Grip horizontal contact adhesive and Selleys Kwikgrip spray contact adhesive, both suitable for bonding laminates, rubber, leather, cork, and flexible materials in furniture, flooring, and construction applications.

Expect good results from this silver cleaner

Old tried and true polish that my grandmother used to clean her silver. I have tried other brands and I have found Goddard to be the best.

Scissors you will use for multiple tasks

These small scissors are so handy they should be in everyone’s utensil drawer. They are great for unpicking stitches, trimming off dead leaves and buds on plants and doing absolutely any job that requires a small blade. I love them I had a pair that I lost and now I have replaced them.
