I placed my order at 3pm... product was shipped same afternoon! That is pretty good service. This review may read like an ad, but this is a totally candid response from a first-time customer. They deserve it...

At first, I was a little shocked at the huge range of products from a "suburban" hardware store. I needed a somewhat obscure light globe for a fridge.. I searched the 'net and found one on Fleabay and some other overseas sites. But hey, what's this? My (nearly) local Double Bay Hardware store has this globe (plus lots of others). The GOOD part is that they had clear pics with very detailed specs and measurements, so I was sure it was the right fit before I ordered! Top marks! Oh.. get this... it was actually about 10% CHEAPER from Double Bay Hardware than the only other place I found it (overseas)!!! Can't say enough good things about them. I look everywhere for a new desk light when the bulb went out and all the new lamps look modern or just cheap and ordinary that I did not like, so lets find a new bulb only! easier said than done after lots of looking at major outlets without success Double Bay Hardware had this bulb.
