⚠️ Important: This is a 12V low voltage bulb and requires a compatible 12V transformer or power supply. It will not work with standard 240V mains voltage.
The Osram Halostar is a compact halogen capsule with a GY6.35 bi-pin fitting, a clear envelope and a 12V, 50W rating. The Standard version is dimmable, includes a UV filter and has a rated average life of 2,000 hours. The S version delivers 1185lm of 2950K warm white light.
Match the selected version to the fitting's specified lamp and use a compatible 12V supply rated for the total connected load. Check the fitting's 50W lamp allowance, clearance and ventilation. For dimming, match the selected lamp, transformer or power supply and dimmer, and keep the connected load within each component's minimum and maximum ratings. Switch off the supply and allow complete cooling before replacement. Avoid touching the glass with bare fingers.
